In this story, Hank learns that honesty in a loving relationship has to go both ways. When Kate admits to withholding information, she accepts punishment from him to clear the air. But when he withholds information, sub Kate has no way to punish her dominant lover. All she can do is walk away. He almost loses her before realizing that he is not the only strong, resourceful person in their relationship. Just as he expects her to lean on him when she needs his strength, he must be willing to lean on her when things go sideways fot him.Once again, the author introduces relatable, adult characters and writes them in real life situations. Domestic discipline is part of their life, but it is not the whole story; the lovers have much more in common than that. There is humor, happiness, fear, sex, anger, disappointment, forgiveness -- all the normal stuff that makes life interesting. The storyline is solid, the action is believable, the secondary characters are three dimensional, and the MCs are such good people that the reader will want to see them succeed. The book has a couple of proof reading hiccups, but nothing to interfere with the smooth progression of the story.
This is a book for readers who like emotional, intellectual, and sensual involvement with a story. However, be warned: this author's writing is addictive. Once you finish one book, you'll find yourself wanting another, and another, and another. And you will enjoy every one.

Really enjoyed this book. Great characters and story line. Liked the detail used when describing the spankings. If you like reading about women being spanked then this is a book for you.
The spankings are written very well. Not only is this story erotic but there is some actual "meat" to the story. It kept me engaged and interested in characters. I wish it could have been a bit longer though.
Not overbearing like some Doms. Love the family atmosphere. Look forward to reading her next book.
